Healthy and Organic Meals and Snacks

According to researchers, healthy and nutritious meals and snacks are essential to develop children's brain properly. Global Kids Academy follows Canada Food Guide and provides healthy breakfasts, lunches and afternoon snacks. Our on-site chef prepares lunches and snacks freshly. All meals and snacks are nut-free and pork-free.

Breakfast - Organic Apple Scone, Organic Grapes, Organic Milk

Lunch - Main: Mini Chicken Sandwich with Chicken, Organic Tomatoes and Romaine Hearts

              Side: Creamy Brussels Sprout Soup

              Drink: Organic Milk

Afternoon Snack - Organic Avocado Salad, Organic Fruit Juice (unsweetened)

 

Wednesday

Breakfast - COBS Toast with Organic Fruit Jam, Organic Pear, Organic Milk

Lunch - Main: Japanese Rice Balls (Origini) with Organic Broccolis, Carrots and Soy Sauce

              Side: Miso Soup with Tofu and Spring Onions
